This is a truly wonderful Fair Trade Organic Coffee from the Purosa and Okapa valleys of the Eastern Highlands! Many of the coffee trees are 25+ years old, producing a higher sugar content which translate to a sweeter and more complex cup.

Papua New Guinea has the best soil, climate and overall growing conditions for coffee in all the world. The mineral-rich volcanic topsoil can actually support two complete harvest in a single year!

Sweet raw sugar on aroma, good acidity and creamy body, in the cup caramel overtones with hints of dried sweet apricot and a slight cocoa note on the finish. A smooth, balanced, satisfying experience!
