This label features an Indonesian mask. Indonesia is one of several islands with different types of masks with cultural significance that symbolize people, deities, demons and more. Unique characters are symbolized and embodied within a mask; in some cases masks can be used to guard off evil spirits.
Decaf Organic Sumatra (Medium Roast)
This organic fair trade coffee is very bright and earthy tasting. Full-bodied, it leaves you with a slightly earthy dry aftertaste and doesn’t taste much different than its caffeinated counterpart. Certified organic.
Label description:
This label features the Malayan Tapir with its iconic black front-half and white back-half. It is a relative of the hippo with a snout that resembles the trunk of an elephant. The Tapir's natural predator is the Sumatran Tiger, which makes a fun juxtaposition with the Indonesian Sumatra Organic label.

Found only on the island of Sumatra, the Sumatran Tiger is the smallest of the tiger subspecies. There are only about 500 left in the wild. This label features a Sumatran Tiger pouncing with teeth bared.
